STRAY BOYS is an original virtual K-pop project created and creatively directed by Ramuriel Sims.

The project includes original characters, stories, lyrics, music releases, visual materials and an evolving fictional universe developed for STRAY BOYS.

This policy concerns protectable original expression. It does not claim ownership over ideas, genres, styles, poses, themes, techniques or general aesthetics.

Original lyrics and written materials published as part of the STRAY BOYS project may not be reproduced, republished, adapted, redistributed or commercially used without prior authorization, except where expressly permitted under the Fan Content Policy below or by applicable law.

Any rights claimed on this website apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Do not claim ownership or authorship of STRAY BOYS material that you did not create.

FAN CONTENT POLICY

We love seeing fans celebrate STRAY BOYS through their own creativity.

Non-commercial fan content is welcome when it is clearly presented as unofficial and gives proper credit to STRAY BOYS and the original work.

IMPORTANT SCOPE

This permission applies only to rights controlled by Ramuriel Sims. Third-party rights, platform rules and applicable law may still apply.

Within that scope, you may create and share:

Fan edits
Lyric videos
Translations
Reaction videos
Fan art
Non-commercial vocal covers
Dance covers
Fan-made videos using reasonable excerpts of STRAY BOYS music
Reviews, discussions and other non-commercial fan appreciation content

Whenever possible, please clearly identify:

STRAY BOYS
The original song title
The original album or era
That your work is unofficial fan content

Fan creations must not be presented in a way that suggests they are official STRAY BOYS releases.

PROTECTED ORBIT

THE FOLLOWING USES ARE NOT PERMITTED UNDER THIS POLICY:

Claiming authorship or ownership of STRAY BOYS songs, lyrics or original project material

Taking STRAY BOYS lyrics and releasing a new song under your own name while claiming the lyrics as your own

Uploading or redistributing complete STRAY BOYS recordings as your own releases

Distributing STRAY BOYS recordings through Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer or other music distribution platforms without authorization

Selling, licensing or commercially exploiting STRAY BOYS lyrics, recordings, visuals or other protected project material without permission

Removing or altering credits in order to hide the original source

Impersonating STRAY BOYS, its members or an official STRAY BOYS account

Presenting unofficial fan work as an official release

Using STRAY BOYS material in fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful or intentionally misleading content

Except for uses permitted without authorization under applicable law, commercial use requires prior authorization.

This Fan Content Policy does not transfer copyright, ownership or commercial rights to any third party.

Nothing in this policy limits any use permitted without authorization under applicable law.
